Stay anywhere but here. On a recent trip to Rome, we arrived to find our room was not only tiny (typical in Rome), but musty and with hard, lumpy beds. With permission from the desk clerk, we cancelled the rest of our stay, but they charged my credit card anyway, without my permission. more

It smells like an ashtray, the rooms are outright uncomfortable, and they serve Tang and canned fruit for breakfast. Beware of the star ratings system in Rome:Four stars (which this hellhole somehow has) can mean wretched accomodations at four-star prices. more
