Although not centrally located, the city is easily accessible via public transport. A shuttle bus transports visitors from Ciampino airport to the central bus / train station for 12 euros (return) and the number 881 bus provides a direct access route to the hotel. We got trapped by the previous 'wonderful' reviews. The MALE receptionists were rude and mean. They're not helpful at all.
