We spent 4 nights there, it was absolutely awesome! Location is perfect, Chiara & her father were helpful and the place itself is just lovely. Many nice trattorias & restaurants in the area, very close to the Colosseo and metro, very convenient! We had the room with the bathroom outside but it’s not really a problem since it’s very close... I Capocci might have been the best thing that happened to me while in Rome. Not only is it located in the intoxicating Monti neighborhood, the impeccable taste and immaculate cleanliness in which Guido keeps the place; makes it feel like nothing short of what anyone would be proud to call home.

We had a very pleasant stay at B&B Capocci. Before arrival, we had some questions and they answered us in a gentle way and very quickly. Upon arrival, we have been welcomed by Guido, his father, he answered all our questions in a very friendly way too, giving us some useful tips for our stay in Rome (for exemple, to... More

We just returned from our trip to Europe and stayed at Guido's B&B in Rome. After a lot of research we chose to stay in the Monti area because it had better value and more options for authentic places to eat and drink. Guido was very helpful and kind in the check in process, even though we arrived an hour... More

My wife and I, daughter and her spouse, son and his girlfriend spent a week in Rome at Christmas and stayed at I Cappoci. We simply loved it. Three bedrooms, three baths, a parlor, kitchen and dining room make up this apartment. It is clean, it is beautifully appointed and is in a great location about halfway between Termini and... More

Guido was extremely helpful and accommodating. Professional yet personal. The B&B is extremely close to the Colisseum, Forum, St. Peter in Chains, etc. plus has a nearby Metro station. We chose to walk from the Termini upon arrival, but probably should have taken a cab in retrospect. Food options were ok - Gelato options were very good :) We occupied... More

6 of us stayed here for 2 nights. The property is well maintained. The only real issue I had was that the air conditioners automatically go off in the early evening. We were told this was due to making too much noise in the neighborhood. There is a vent in the ceiling for outside air, however; we were there on... More

Our group of six recently stayed at I Capocci during a recent visit to Rome before our Mediterranean cruise. Guido, the owner, was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The location is excellent, close to the Coliseum, Forum, Trevi Fountain etc. We walked everywhere, but the Metro and cabs are close by. There are several good... More

My family and I (party of 6) just returned from a weekend in Rome and a stay at B&B I Capocci. The apartment is beautiful, very comfortable, and extremely well located. The apartment is a very short walk to a metro station and within walking distance of most of the major attractions in Rome. The neighborhood, however, is not "touristy"... More

My fiance and I recently stayed at I Capocci with family and utilized it as more of a vacation rental than a B&B since there were 6 of us. The I Capocci was immaculately clean, in a great location (right near the Colosseum however still on a quiet residential feeling street), and ideal for what we were looking for which... More
