Very clean. Beautiful room. Clean bathroom. Close to the Piazza di Spagna. Very friendly and helpful owner. It's true that the place is a bit hidden but after finding it I have been very happy about it. I would always book it again!

Please don't go to this b&b, as when you get there, no-one will be there. we stood banging on the door for about an hour, asking other residents, ringing, no1 was there. we had to walk around rome on a saturday night to try and find another hotel. it was a nightmare!
