This is an excellent B&B - the quality that you are getting for the price that you pay is amazing. Room was clean and spacious, you can make your own coffee in the morning - there is a coffee machine. Close to the subway and the city centre. Nice and friendly host! Overall very good experience!!!

Very handy B&B, few minutes walking from the Coliseum. Convenient stores out front - even a flower vendor!! Great restaurants. Alessandro was very helpful - made sure everything was OK for us. The espresso machine was broken the first few days, but we were able to get great coffee across the street!!

i was been in b&B Elevenrome, for 5 nights, the B&B is very nice and very excelent position near Central station Termini and near Colosseum. Is very clean , my room was been cleaning every days, and the boy Alessandro is very friendly for help me.The breakfast was in the room very smart explecially if you go whit your girlfriend.
