We had a great stay at this hotel. After getting a bit lost finding it (it's on a back street) we were greeted with pleasant staff and a beautiful lobby. Our room on the third floor was clean and modern, with tea and coffee facilities, a TV and a large amount storage. The beds were comfy and blackout curtains allowed... More

We really enjoyed our stay at Grand Hotel Tiberio. When we arrived, we were upgraded to a 2 bedroom suite, with a huge balcony overlooking the adorable italian neighborhood. The room was beautiful, the bathroom spacious. Everything was clean and well maintained. The included breakfasts were a quick and delicious way to fuel up before a day of touring. We... More

We were very pleased with everything about this hotel which we booked as a package flight and hotel. It looked very impressive with all the trees lit up on our arrival and the reception room was lovely. Our room was everything we could have wished - maybe another pillow or a bit softer ones would be good. The beds are... More

Great experience, as we could have almost touched them. The breakfasts were very special in a lovely room on the first floor with everything you could ask for, a big fridge, a bar, TV and fresh pastries and fruit left out during the day. Our own espresso coffee machine is our room, a four poster bed with curtains, marble bathroom,... More

Nothing bad nothing good. Not a great location but not terrible either. Do be forewarned that there is no Air Conditioning in the rooms. It was warm the week we were there and the rooms got hot during the day. More

Nothing was really wrong, but nothing was impressive either. it's not far form city center but at the same time its location is very residential with a suburban feel. The night staff were not that helpful and ill-informed, one of them sent us to a restaurant which closes on Monday. I think for what it is they are a bit... More

I'm sorry the night staff gave you a wrong information about the restaurant. We'll make sure that they are well informed and helpful like everybody else at the reception. More

I am not a world traveler, but this hotel was not "grand" in my estimation. Average, Yes. Location leaves a great deal to be desired compared to others I saw while touring Rome. Location might be close to Vatican, but sure isn't close to anything else. Would definitely look further if I planned return trip. Service in dining room was... More

When I read some of the reviews I was very wary about this hotel. Howeve,r I am pleased to say that I could find no foundation for any of the complaints I read. The ones I must particularly refute are as follows: 1.The hotel is within walking distance of the city centre but is located in a quiet suburb -... More

I booked this hotel through a holiday package after reading some good reviews. The days after I booked it, some horriffic reviews appeared on the site! This made me really nervous....but the reviews were not at all accurate, they were obviously just really dramatic people who are never satisfied. We found the staff were courteous and efficient- they were helpful... More
