Very nice rooms, good quality beds, charming and helpful owner, nice terrace, very very clean (room service every day), well located (city centre reachable in 15min)! I was positive surprised and can highly recommend for a stay in rome!

By far the best Bed n Breakfast I've stayed in. It must be new or they maintain it really well. The decor is amazing! We recently stayed at St John's Terrace for 4 nights. Excellent accomodations and good location. Marco and Felicia made us feel at home and went out of their way to accomodate us as we were traveling qith a baby. We will be staying there again for sure.

Beautiful rooms, a complete service, a great location, an owner who really wants to make sure everything is OK (and has some great tips about the neighbourhood and Rome itself) - I felt at home as soon as I arrived. Whenever I go back to Rome, this is where I'll be staying!
