This place has bedbugs. I had several rashes on my body when I got up in the morning. Complaining to the hotel folks didnt help since they maintained they didnt have bedbugs. This is a clean and cool hotel, rooms are pleasant and our double room at the rear of the building was very quiet - lovely! Staff all spoke good English and were very helpful and efficient. Small hotel within 5 minutes walk of the Termini. Staff were friendly and helpful. Had a little courtyard which was nice for unwinding after a long days walking and for smokers!
