For a Salesconference I had to arrange we ended up at this hotel In Rome...and it was a big hit! Stayed for one evening, while in Rome, with two children. Were upgraded to a suite, at no extra charge. Shuttle bus back to the hotel can be a pain. No reason to provide a negative review to this hotel. Would stay there again without hesitation. more

We read some great reviews and some terrible reviews before booking and decided to take a chance. The rooms were great, big for Italy, clean and tidy and had everything you need. In light of the negative reviews of this hotel, i can somewhat understand what guests are saying, this hotel as well as others in the same hotel chain, do cater to a lot of tour companies, however being on a tour you also seem to get the 2 star end of the 4 star hotel rooms.
