We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel, the staff were extremely helpful and spoke very good english. rooms were very smart, bathroom, even though slightly dated was adequate, with plenty of hot water. Hotel staff was very helpful and friendly...My husband's uncle fell and had to be in the polyclinico Hospital for a week...We went back and forth every day and found the hotel staff to be very helpful and kind.
