We stayed two nights during the week after Christmas. The location is great. The service is not. We had two rooms for our party of four. Rooms were reserved in advance. When we arrived the person at the desk advised that only one room was available at the agreed upon rate. A second room was available but at a significantly... More

Dear Guest, Thank you for sharing your comments about your stay in our Hotel In December. In reference to the issue with the reservation managed to gain all the documents about the booking and I find myself very surprised. You tried to make a booking for two rooms for two nights using a special offer. Since the offer was limited... More

The main point about this Hotel is that you can walk to all the major attractions. There is a very nice pool on the roof with snack bar. The pool attendent follows you and watches so it is not very private though. There was a mistake with the movies you order and I was charged 50$ for movies I did... More

This review is from our own experience, I should point out that it didn't spoil our stay in Rome at all, but it wasn't ideal...! The entrance lobby, bar, restuarant and public ammenities were all very well presented, modern, clean and welcoming. The staff were polite, professional, welcoming and helpful. However, the room was not what we would expect from... More

The hotel location is quite convenient - located close to the collesium and Forum. After a long day of travel I really appreciated being able to checkin early. The single hotel room was small but perfectly adequate. My room had a view of the collesium which was great. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. More

We stayed for 3 nights in this hotel. We arrived a few hours before check-in but the room was ready and the check-in guy that served us friendly and efficient. The room was a bit unusual in that it had a big pillar in the room and a porthole shaped window on one side. The bed was comfortable – not... More

The room had enough space for a family of 3. Clean. Bathrooms were not clean like the room. Very close to many attractions. Bus stop right opposite to hotel made it easier for us to commute to other attractions. More

Great Staff, Great Location, Rooms need renovating. This hotel is very conveniently situated, obviously for the Colosseum, but also the centre of Rome and for public transport. The staff were extremely helpful and courteous, taxi's were always available in a couple of minutes. We didn't take breakfast at the hotel as 15€ each for 4 is too expensive compared to... More
