Officiousness and dismissiveness appeared to be the attitude of the all male desk staff. Two people in our group asked for the desk to follow up car/shuttle bookings. They were declined. Hotel in a great position near the station, but a little shabby.

This traditional Hotel offers for the standards of Rome surprisingly spacy rooms. We had a double of approx, 30 square meters, plus a bathroom of large size. All in all, a solid hotel well located near Termini. The rooms are good - clean, tidy etc. Standard 4**** I would say. The loots (shampoo etc) are also decent, and replaced daily as they should be.
