The Hiberia is about a five minute walk from the Trevi Fountain. It's also an easy walk to the Coloseum. The room was of good size and it was clean. The bathroom was decent and clean. The concierge was very helpful. more

The Hiberia hotel is one of the few hotels in probably the most ideal location one could ever stay in the Eternal City. They are down the block from their "White House". The location is within a 10 min walk to Trevi Fountain, the Spanish steps, Pantheon a bit further. The opposite direction, like a 10 min stroll to the... more

At a glance the hotel seems ok. It was clean but pretty run down looking. The elevator was completely unpredictable... we never took it once. We had the bellboy take it up with our luggage while we took the stairs. The room was a good size but I didn't care for the lay out. It was a bit awkward and... more

Spent 5 nights at the Hiberia, the staff were extremely helpful. The Hotel is in an excellent position for all the major sights and close to the Via Nazionale, handy for buses. The breakfasts were adequate and plentiful, set you up for the day. The rooms were clean and the cleaning service was excellent. We would definately stay here again. more

Hotel Hiberia is a must-stay for anyone who likes to save money and be in the middle of it all! My wife and I travelled around Europe for three weeks and this was our favourite location and hotel along the way (besides her Aunt Jean's house of course :-D) The rooms are small in comparison to north American standards but... more

We spent a week in Rome. This was our first time in Rome and weren't sure about the location however it turned out to be great: a few steps from Via Nazionale, a short walk from Trevi fountain and everything else. The room was clean, comfortable and welcoming. The air conditioning was crucial and it worked well. The shower and... more

It's not perfect but we paid 80 euros nightly for 2 single rooms (bookings.com) & feel very satisfied. Aircon was iffy in one room but a fan was supplied on request, breakfast is excellent-cappuccino freshly made, scrambled eggs, cheese, sausages, croissants in the buffet. Small showers & bidets in the new, spotless bathrooms, comfy beds, VERY quiet-a new lift (elevator)... more

My daughter and I visited Rome in early April, 2009 and I was fortunate enought to book Hotel Hiberia on Booking.com. The Hotel is in the historical center of Rome right around the corner from Trajan's Column and Piazza Venezia. Just a few steps from all of the Roman Ruins. Could not have asked for a better location. The rooms... more
