First, the location is excellent. Just walk out of Termini station, cross the road towards McDonald's, take Via Manin and you're in the square of Santa Maria Maggiore. Stayed here for two nights in early October. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfasts had everything you could want to eat before your day of sightseeing. Great location to all attractions. Service was excellent. Wonderful rooftop terrace. Highly recommend this hotel.

It was my second visit in Rome. This time, it was much better. Hotel was good, friendly and helpful staff. Big bathroom, clean. Exept conditioner, all was ok. Place is very crowdy all day long, so if you want to live in quite place - choose the other hotel. Some problems with lift, but for us it was nothing.
