Some of our employees checked into the hotel and realizing that they did not have the proper business cards, worked with the hotel staff to find a local printer and coordinate the efforts. Bed: extremely hard with flat, hard pillows A/C: apparently Rome has an ordinance that prevents hotels from turning on the A/C except in the mid-summer months.
