Do not expect nothing fancy. If you need some place where just to get some sleep and have a decent breakfast, this is a good option. Well located (near the Piazza della Republica and the Termini), is a good alternative if you are willing to do some walking around Rome.

Stayed at this B&B in june 2012. Very simple rooms, pretty clean although the plumbing in the bathroom had a funny smell. Basic breakfast. The Wifi was welcome, OK speed. It's located near a main Av. (via nationale) and 2 blocks from the subway and bus stops. All in all OK but very basic.
