We were backpacking so the proximity to the station was a bonus! I was expecting it too be a little rough around the edges as I got such a good price for it but we were over the moon when we arrived! Fantastic friendly receptionists! Our room was on the first floor above a cafe which i was a little... More

We were here for 3 nights and we liked the hotel very much. It is located about a 2 minute walk from the main train station. The room was pretty spacious but was a little dark due to the use of yellow lights. The elevator was very small and would only fit 2 people with luggages. We had to leave... More

Nice front desk staff; Good location for proximity to Termini train station; Surrounding area not as nice as other locations; Comfortable quad room - a little noisy due to street traffic; Good breakfast and breakfast area; Impractically small bathroom for 6' male. Overall, good value and pleased with stay. More

No frills, no flounces just a clean, comfortable hotel right beside the Termini with links to airport and the two Metro lines. Staff helpful and friendly. Nice breakfast and overall relaxing atmosphere. Thank you. More

We chose this hotel based upon TripAdvisor reviews and its close proximity to Termini. The young man who was working the desk when we arrived was very helpful and pleasant. When a street vendor seriously harrassed my sister and I as we walked outside, the gentleman chased him off and made sure that he did not bother us further. He... More

A couple of minutes from termini so a doddle to get anywhere. The staff were very helpful, the rooms pleasant although there is quite a lot of traffic noise. Breakfasts basic although I wouldn't expect anything more in most European cities. There are lots of English speaking guests so one thing that would have been nice would be the facility... More

The attitude of the staff was very disappointing, rough and arrogant. Even the Director was talking to us as if we were staying there free, and please note we were paying 145 euros per night for such a small room. after evening till morning there is only an old man sits at the reception and he don't know english and... With more then 10000 guest/year we're proud to earn a lot of "Excellent staff" or something like this. The customer satisfaction is on our premise and our treasure. Sometime (very few time) some guest cannot be satisfied. We must select guest in order to avoid troubles to the other. Your freedom must stop at time it doesn't respect other's one. More

Being in the tourist business I like to try out different hotels - not always taking the hotels my agent supply and therefore ensure good service. I like to see what my clients may get so I pay! Sorry Amadeo, you lost this time. Room is fine, cool and spacious enough. Also quiet at the back where I was. You... More

My wife and I arrived at 2200hrs after a 2 and a half hour flight from Newcastle so were looking forward to a good nights sleep. Check in went without fault even though the receptionist could not speak a word of english. We were given the key to what can only be described as a broom closet, to add insult... More

Last month i decided to go to rome for a cheap weekend break. I spent ages searching the internet for a nice hotel and found it really difficult. I was pleasently surprised when we found the hotel. Although the area is not exactly uptown it was a brilliant location for those who love sight-seeing and adventure as it is central.... More
