We picked this hotel because of it's location and it was indeed nice to be so close to the Termini for access to trains, busses, hop-on hop-off buses and lots of restaurants. The Reception area is deceiving. Once you pass through the door to go to the run down hallway, elevator, etc., you are lead to a room with no remote for the T.V., no hot water to bathe, thin walls so you hear the people right next door, doors broken to the closet, and safe wires ripped out from the safe...so...
