Water freezing cold on our first night barely tepid thereafter. Manager refused to adjust our bill because he felt this was caused by the other customers using water and therefore beyond his control. Good location but don't expect to shower! more

Just got back from Italy. Stayed at the Hotel Zara for three nights. Nice room at the back of the hotel so it was quiet. Supermarket up the street and a resturant next door. The hotel is located off a main road so our room was quiet. We arrived early and left our luggage at the hotel whilst we went to the Trevi Fountain (15 mins walk away) until our room was ready.
