I was in this hotel for 3 days on business for an event that was running in the hotel. The rooms were very small and cramped with no Air Conditioning and limited windows. I was only there for one night before traveling further, I expected from sheraton to have good service, but unfortunately this was absolutely not the case. Very unfriendly staff, they do not care about service at all. Charge for everything (Wifi is very expensive). Breakfast and other meals we had was terrible, very bad quality. Drinks in the bar extremly expensive. more

My wife and I stayed at the Sheraton Golf on our last night as part of a Trafalgar tour (Italian Holiday). The hotel was clean and modern but a long way from the downtown area. The room was very modern and clean. The breakfast in the hotel restaurant, included with the tour, while not outstanding was very good. more

i had heard that the staff would not be helpful and that wasn't true at all. i was VERY pleased ... the asst manager Ms Moore was a jewel and showed her desire to please...even got a large fruit plate/wine/munchies for filling out an evaluation form. the shuttle buses for old roma don't start until 10 am and i think... more
