We had a marvellous stay at the hotel during the last week of Apr 08. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We found many choices of restaurants within a few minutes of walking. Shopping was excellent and not far away, either. I cannot comment on the metro accessibility since we taxied to and from the hotel to the airport... more

The hotel is adequate as a base camp for exploring Rome. It was clean, compact and offered basic facilities. We booked 4 double rooms for our group and all were clean, though one of the rooms had a very strong smell of smoke. The hotel is nice enough, it was clean and although the somewhat small dark room we were allocated was comfortable it had all I wanted, a clean bathroom and bed. It had a TV and mini bar with safe, and was adequate for 4 days. To be honest you spend so much time sightseeing I did not want much more.... more
