We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights in July. Before booking I had contacted the hotel to make sure they could accomodate us with a room for three people. We were assured this would be fine. However, on arrival, although the room was nicely decorated the door to the bathroom was just coloured glass with no curtain etc, completely... More

We were on our honeymoon and booked this hotel through the expedia bid for a hotel. It was rated as a 4 star in Rome and the pictures looked pretty decent and we only needed a place 2 nights before our cruise. It was not the easiest to find but that can be said about a lot of the Rome... More

Nicely appointed hotel in a quiet neighborhood a short walk from the Metro. Staff is friendly and breakfast is good. What I want to relate is that if you are from the USA and used to the star ratings you will need to adjust. Square footage in Rome makes you feel like you are in a miniature doll house. The... More

We stayed here for 5 days in September. The hotel was spotless, the staff was very helpful, the room was quite large with twin beds, a sofa and a large en suite bath. The location was on the edge of central Rome but the proximity of the Termini and the subway stop was great and the buses were just around... More

Purchased via the "hidden" until purchased feature and very pleased with choice for a 3 day stay. Lovely Italian mansion converted into a small hotel of 4 floors and owners accommodations. As it is a convert with a lot of original features maintained room size various greatly, ours was quite small (#18) but saw others that were 2 to 3... More

I recently saw Expedia had a “sale” of a 4 star hotel in Rome, apparently in a good area, but the name of the hotel was not disclosed until a guaranteed non refundable booking was made. I am somewhat suspicious of this type of “sale” but, based on my previous satisfactory experience with Expedia, decided to trust that Expedia would... More

Looked nothing from street, but soon as entered was lovely relaxing atmosphere, fountains, vines etc.just so good after long flight. Reception helpful, and knows as much as vistor centre. Room a bit small, but for this price in middle of Rome couldn't expect more. Lift efficent. Art deco collection, was interesting every where you looked. Breakfast very good, everything you... More

My wife and I stayed at Hotel Emona Aquaeductus in early June for three nights. We found the staff to be friendly and accommodating. It is only a few blocks walk down the road to the metro station and about twenty minutes walk to the train station, so location was fairly good. The suburb location meant that is was quite.... More

I stayed here from the 6th July for 4 nights. The hotel is close to railway stn and shops. Colosseum is fairly nearby. Hotel was quite clean and quiet. Breakfast was also nice. The room was a bit small for 3 people but we managed. The staff were friendly except for one male on reception when we arrived on the... More
