I visited from the USA for a 3 day tour of Rome. I chose this hotel because of its location near Termini station, after taking the Leonardo Express from Fiumicino Airport. The hotel had friendly staff, offered plain ticket printing from the desk, had great air conditioning, and decent wifi access from my room on the 4th floor. The bathroom... More

Some aspects of the hotel are good to excellent and others problematic. Our room was cramped with little storage for cloths and none for luggage, perhaps typical for cities in Europe, but not helpful. The bathroom was larger than expected. There were few electrical outlets and one was poorly installed. If the air conditioning worked it was worked poorly. The... More

We'd originally booked at Hotel Grifo so we were a little concerned when they changed our reservation to the Antico, especially when we read some of the reviews. However, our concerns were unnecessary - some parts of the hotel are really stunning and the room itself was lovely - immaculately clean, traditional but smart decor and well planned out with... Stayed here for 3 nights during our trip. The location of the hotel is perfect, walking distance of everything. The decor of the hotel is very "old school" italian. Our room was clean and well kept, the service was brilliant, but the breakfast was just ok, not a lot of variety and the quality of some of it was not... More

On arrival it looks great, the reception area is tastefully decorated, as are all the other communal areas, and the staff are very friendly and helpful - a credit to the hotel. The rooms, however, seem to belong to another hotel. Don't get me wrong, ours was immaculately clean and the beds were very comfortable...but whoever designed the room needs... More

My wife and 2 children stayed for 3 nights in a family room, (March 25 -27). Although a little small it was very comfortable and we slept well. With the hotel being in a very old building it help us feel we were really in Rome, especially as our room opened up onto the church. There is a lovely central courtyard... More

Just returned from our 6th visit to Beautiful Rome and stayed for 5 days at Palazzo Rospigliosi and we do not regret it at all . We do not have words enough to say a BIG THANK YOU and well done to all the friendly staff working at Palace. We were always greeted with a smile as we returned from... More

Well appointed european type hotel, very good location. Very good customer/concierge service for suggestions and reservations to nearby restaurants, landmarks and services. We stayed with our two teenage daughters, and they loved its ambiance. Would gladly stay again.

Lovely hotel, perfect location (across the street from Sta. Maria Maggiore). Typical Italian hotel breakfast (i.e. lame, but adequate), but very large room (particularly for Rome). Queen bed plus separate bed and still room to move around.

We too got the "Sorry, we can't give you a room" treatment and got sent to the Hotel Valle round the corner, which is their 3 star business. We were told that the Palazzo had had a flood so couldn't accommodate us. We had a room each, far apart, so highly unlikely they had both been flooded at the same... More
