Tiny rooms. Dark lobby and hallways. No vent in bathroom. Poor breakfast. Had to pay 70 euros extra/day for "better" room. Mechanical door key does not always work . Small elevator. 20 min walking distance from Rome attractions. Mostly middle eastern and African staff with poor manners. more
