The hotel is very nice. The rooms are surprisingly comfortable and the location is great despite the proxomity to the Termini station. All in All, Highly recommended for 3 stars hotel More

Spent 4 nights here with my boyfriend for our anniversary. We are studying abroad in Spain and on a tight college student budget, but splurged a tiny bit because of the occasion. I was a bit worried after reading the reviews on here, but we enjoyed our stay at Hotel Brasile. We bought a Rome map at termini station to... More

This is the third time in five years that we have stayed at this hotel. It's proximity to Termini Station originally attracted us but the friendly and accommodating staff, reasonable prices and cleanliness compelled us to return. On this occasion our room was showing signs of repair and the vents were very dirty, raising a concern about air quality. The... More

We were staying in Rome almost a week. The hotel was very basic, the room was so small and tiny!!!! But it didn´t bother us since we enjoy walking and go only to sleep in the hotel. The hotel was a walking distance from the main railway station Termini. Rome was a little disappointment. When we first got there the... More

for us it is important to the assessment of clients, but this time we do not know if she is disappointed by the city or because the hotel room is small, we are always willing to help customers, but customers did not tell us anything ... ..... More

I stayed here for 3 nights a week ago - it is very basic - just a step up from a hostel. The rooms are very small and the bathroom has seen better days. While the hotel is very close to the train station you need to know where you are going to find it - in hind sight I... More

Why not talk to the manager to solve problems? We are very sorry. Next time we will do our best. More

My wife and I stayed at the Brasile for only one night. We were rather disappointed with the hotel....to be fair, we didn't really have the time to experience the hotel, and its location, though good, is quite a walking distance from Piazza Barberini, or Stazione Termini. Upon arrival, we were informed that there was some overbooking problem, and that,... More

I booked this for a business trip to Rome and chose it as it was close to the railway station. In fact it looks nothing like the pictures on the web and some of the facilities it advertises are misleading. The rooms are tiny - just enough space to walk around the bed. Rooms are dark and gloomy, carpets and... More

I am always sorry when a customer is disappointed in our hotel, but it is absolutely true that our hotel is near the Termini train station 10 minutes walk from the hotel, services offered are described on our website, we have ever written that our rooms are bigger, are regular rooms cleaned daily and regularly authorized. I would like to... More

Having been stood up by our first B&B, Casa Vincenza, we found this hotel quickly online. It was pleasant, clean, and comfortable, so we booked a room on our return trip to Rome. Staff was helpful, breakfast was fine, central location was great. So near tothe train station, but felt safe and quiet. More

I booked this hotel thinking the reviews were a bit harsh and decided to give it a go and I have to say it was not for my boyfriend and I. I have to say the morning/afternoon clerk was extremely nice and helpful and the breakfast was decent (you had a wide range of meats, rolls and typical continental breakfast).... More

I am always sorry when customers are not happy, but frankly it seems to me a negative opinion too excessive, even with a bad taste humor. Then why it is said that the staff was nice in the morning and in the end we need a total refurbishment staff! The furniture of the rooms were renovated in 2008. I do... More
