The staff at the Hotel Hermitage thought that they were more important than the guests. Their attitude was disgusting and rude beyond all measure. It's a completely run down hotel. Heating doesn't work, nor do airconditioning units, smelly rooms, some without locks because they were broken and just had a hook on the inside of the room. This was recommended to us as a very comfortable hotel offering luxury. Well, it certainly was dated . The service was extrememely disppointing. The staff was inefficient and often with bad manners. I have no idea what the name of the hotel used to mean, but it certainly should not be offered as a luxury hotel these days. more

Stay away. The first room they gave us smelled so bad I thought something had died there. The next room only had one plug for the TV and refridgerator; take your pick, but only one at a time.
