Our experience at the Europa hotel was funny. We got to the hotel I'm Wednesday. We book the room on booking.com and as always happens the hotel allocates the worst rooms to customers coming from this website....anyway. At the hotel they gave us a tini tiny room with a bed for 1-1/2 person and the room must have had 4... More

Ridiculously small room, even by European standards. over crowded with unnecessary furniture. very little light, and only one can be on at a time. shower not sealed so flooded constantly. No Wifi in rooms, which is ridiculously for an advertised 4 star hotel. If they lowered their star rating (to a 1) and their prices, it would be a fine... More

When I booked online it said I was staying at the Gariffe Luxury Hotel. When my receipt printed it had the name Gariffe Euro and a different address. The room was horrible! There was no toothpaste. There were people screaming. For 127 euros I expected the hotel from the pictures not their secondary hotel that was a dump. Outside the... More

I’ve bought this hotel by Expedia Unpublished Rate hotels program. When I compare rate with other sites it’s appeared that hotel was 10% higher that on other booking sites. Expedia has returned difference with extra coupon. It is easy to get to the hotel from Termini station. Take left exit (if look at trains) from main station gallery, go straight,... More

Hotel Europa has an amazing breakfast spread with the best cappuccino in all of Rome. The manager of the restaurant is Fabbio - ask him to make you one of his fabulous cappuccinos it will make your day!!

We arrived reasonably late and needed a place close to Rome Termini for a train to Venice the next morning, so Hotel Europa was a perfect fit. The room and amenities were very basic, but most around Termini seemed to be and the price was very competitive. If you need somewhere clean to crash with friendly staff hen this basic... More

I was booked at Hotel Europa at the last minute when the originally booked hotel went bust. We were traveling through Europe by train so proximity to Terminini station was great and Reception staff were welcoming. I was traveling with my 18 yo daughter & when we found the bedroom to have only a double bed they happily moved is... More

I really had serious concerns about this hotel when I read some of the reviews however I was pleasantly surprised to find that this was a comfortable little place. Firstly I would agree that it is not a 4 star as in Ireland but for the price it was clean, comfortable and overall a pleasant stay. It is a bit... More

First of all, I must say I only stayed at this hotel because the other one in which I had booked a room (Hotel Select) had had some weird light problem and no electronic equipment was working!!! LET'S BEGIN - have you ever watched "My Life In Ruins"?! You'll be privileged to be the protagonist in Hotel Europa. Super-hyper-tiny elevator,... More

A SCAM. AT MOST A 2 STAR. A DISGRACE. I'm still here and am not sure how this place can stay open for business: - my partner and i booked a double room for two nights in this hotel Europa. - first and foremost the hotel is not the Griffe as it misleadingly claims on the booking sites but the...
