Although in need of a 'face lift' this hotel is clean and very nice front desk help. Our room was a triple which worked for me and my two daughters. The room was very simple but worked for us. The courtyard area is lovely and the sitting area is adequate. The breakfast was fine and was used by many. The... More

We got in late so perhaps the "A" staff was not on duty; they weren't unfriendly but not efficient either. The rooms we had were OK but old. I wish I could remember the name of the restaurant directly across the street (it might have been Henry Cow, although one would think I'd remember a name like that), but whatever... More

We stayed here 5 nights and had a generally comfortable stay. Our room was probably larger than some of the others and was a good size to move about and relax in. The rooms were kept clean and we slept well despite a fairly noisy street below - the windows could block out most of the noise. The location was... More

Stayed 4 nights. Room was fine. Bathroom in particular was big. Breakfast buffet what one would expect. Found staff very helpful. Convenient for transport and short walk from Borghese area.We stayed in Room 211.

To tell you the truth we were dissatisfied by the room that we had 115 first Floor . They provided us another room after complaining but the other room was worst 222 and we didn't change . It was difficult to get the room temp at a comfortable level. It was very cold and rainy during most of our days in Rome and we longed to return to a cozy room. The bathroom was a bit small as was the room, but overall it was one of the better hotels we resided in during our 10 day... More

I found the rooms to be little tired and the bathrooms very, very small when i stayed here in Dec 2011. Staff over all was very helpful and professional. The location was excellent and many great cafes nearby. Easy walk to Forum and Coliseum from here.....

If a good hotel represents Lorenzo the Magnificent, this hotel represents the inbred, very end of the Medici line. We stayed here twice while in Rome. The room was right on the street, above the large garbage containers that are picked up very early in the morning. The room was sparse and a little down on its luck, with the... More

I spent 6 days, five in total, at Hotel Medici in Rome. The location, near Termini and close by the National Museo was perfect. The Hotel and particularly staff were fabulous. I needed some assistance to complete and fax important paperwork to my lawyer. The front desk went out of its way to send this off and make sure everything... More

Service was outstanding, room very nice, location is close to the station and metro station. Breakfast was indeed limited, coffee not very good. Nice is the outside area where you can truly unwind after a long day with a drink from the bar. In and around Via Flavia are some very nice restaurants. I can certainly recommend this hotel!
