I was with a group of 14 booked into a neighbouring hotel for 4 nights. That hotel was unsatisfactory so we approached the Aphrodite, first impressions were good so we spoke to persons booking out who told us that the rooms were sizeable and clean. The man on reception juggled some rooms around and managed to provide 7 double rooms... more

Really good value hotel, clean & modern - facilities good and breakfast plentiful. Not in the best of areas & can be quite noisy with local drunks hanging around the station opposite. Well worth staying there rather than some of the more expensive and inferior hotels in the area. more

Just great!

If you're looking for discovering as much as culture as you can, and you just won't miss a minute... this is the perfect Hotel for you, because is just at the city centre (of Rome). You get out of the "stazzione termini", cross the street and you're in the Hotel. About 1 km or less from the "colosseo", "forum", "Santa... more

Valerio, Paolo and Lethia the staff at the Aphrodite hotel are very pleasant and helpful and makes you very welcome, the hotel is very comfortable and nicely decorated. It is situated opposite the Metro station and it takes only fifteen minutes to get to the Vatican City and five minutes to get to the colliseum. We hope to return to... more

Let me start with saying that this hotel is located by the Termini Station, not centralised in Rome, and is in a shady neighborhood. Very dirty, drunk/homeless people sleeping on the street and causing problems. Upon our arrival our room was not ready so we had to wait over 2 hours in a cold and damp reception area. There was... more

The location was perfect, only steps from Termini Station where you can catch one of the many open tour buses of Rome. The neighborhood had a few homeless, but didnt bother us at all. We felt safe coming back at night. The room was a room with a bed and the bathroom with a jacuzzi tub. For the price, it... more

I stayed with my wife in this hotel between July 24th and 28th. We choose hotel for it good location and by normal price in this district. At first, after returning to hotel (at 2 PM) we must wait in lobby for one and half hour, because our room wasn't ready. Half of travellers who arrived at the same time... more
