Firstly I should state that I did not actually stay at Hotel Saturnia. My room was booked with Hotel Saturnia, but when we got there we were told that they were overbooked and they had arranged a room in another hotel, Hotel Tre Stelle. The hotel was 1.5km away and no taxi was offered even when we asked. The alternative... more

Extremely disappointed in the hotel. Had to repeatedly ask for basics such as toilet paper and towels. The breakfast consisted of one stale pastry and one cup of coffee. THERE IS NO PARKING despite what the website and staff will tell you. Their interpretation of 'in hotel - garage upon request' (as per their website) just means they will point... more

The hotel is very very basic. I wouldn't say it's a dump, but there are a lot of annoying things: The walls needs repainting, and the light was too low (hard to read our traveling guide at night in the room). The breakfast is very poor: Only one cup of coffee and one croissant. that's it. the elevator is very... more

This hotel was disappointing - I walked in to a room that had holes in the bed covers, towels that were as thin as bed sheets, no mini bar, tv remote had to be collected from reception, elevators the size of a fridge and overall, poor location. The only exciting thing was the supermarket across the road. Only stay if... more

we arrived at the hotel after midnight by taxi and were checked in and directed to a very small lift which the 3 of us could not fit in together with our luggage. The lift took us to the 4th floor we had to then heave our cases us the next 2 flights of stairs to the room. The room... more

having read some of the bad reviews on here i was a bit worried about staying, however we had a good experience in this hotel. The hotel was easy enough to find and very close to termini station, yes they do take your passports at the reception but this is because they have to register your details. The room and... more

oK, Tre Stelle is what you paid for. Yes the room was small but the bed was big and it had a TV, hair dryer, closet and bathroom. We are a young couple who can't afford much but it was just what we needed. We were able to walk everywhere from where we stayed (although we walked a lot and... more

advise anyone do not stay here! luckily we had read the reviews on trip advisor as there was a couple hotels in the same building bit confusing. once we arrived we walked down the hallway to our room, there was dirty mattress, towels and sheets everywhere, then we open our room up and instant reaction was this was a room... more

After a terrible stay in a hotel in athens, my sister and I were hoping for something far better when we reached Rome. We had trouble finding it and didnt realised it was one of many hotels in the same building. The woman on the front desk was very cold and took our passports in exchange for the room key.... more

What a dump, small room, very noisy, and not much light in the room. To my surprise I get up in the middle of the night and to my surprise when I open the light in the bathroom we had a few visitors crawling around the sink and shower area. I think they were roaches but not quite sure because... more
