We booked a triple room with a balcony. Hotel staff was very nice and helpful, breakfast was good, room is very comfortable and clean. Loved the design of our room and bathroom! Maybe because we were there in May, rates were a little pricey but we have no regrets at all.

This hotel is such a treat. Great room size. Good view. Clean, crisp linen. Free wifi AND a bath to soak a tired body! The staff are super friendly. Breakfast would suit a king. Their coffee is beyond delicious. Staff are super friendly and very helpful.

we were in Rome for just one night, the hotel is close to the central station and the taxis are right outside the hotel. Beautiful hotel with great chandeliers and the old great looking roman style. the front desk was very friendly and the rooms very comfortable

Excellent location within 3 blocks of Roma Termini station. Nice rooms, roof terrace, responsive staff. Standard continental breakfast -nothing special. Selling points: 4 euro bus from either airport to train station, then 3 block walk. Car rental, tour buses,etc. at train station. In other words, a very handy place to drop your bags.
