I stayed at the Hotel Due Torri for 3 nights in May 2009 and, overall, had a very nice stay. The hotel is located on a very quiet street not far from the Piazza Navona. There is a cute street just a block away that has some nice restaurants and popular places like the Spanish Steps are a short walk... more

Hotel Due Torri was our home base during four days in Rome. Our room was tiny, but had a nice balcony overlooking nearby homes and churches. The charming chiming of church bells was heard from our balcony. The staff was very professional and efficient, spoke excellent English, and answered every question. The breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of fruit,... more

After reading all the wonderful reviews, I was disappointed that the smell of the hotel was enough to make us leave moments after checking in. The good news is that the weekend clerk called the manager and said there would be no charge. There were gnats flying in the air as we walked in through the alley. We checked into... more

We stayed at the Hotel Due Torri in September 2008 for 2 nights. It is in the middle of the historic district and within walking distance of many restaurants and historic sites. We walked to all the main tourist spots: Vatican (15 min.), Piazza Navona (5 min.), Pantheon (10 min.), Forum & Coliseum (30 min.), Piazza di Spagna (20 min.)... more

Living in Italy, we have occasion to come to Rome every so often but we've never found the perfect hotel until now. The Due Torri is not a four or five star but it is very comfortable and friendly. Then regarding location, it's perfect because my wife and I love the Piazza Navona - Pantheon area and the greenery of... more

The bright smile and charming entrance foyer immediately said "welcome home". The hotel is in a quiet location with easy access to The Pantheon, Piazza Navona etc. Plus decent restaurants around every corner. Our room, clean and cheerful, was of average size for a Rome *** hotel and represented fair value at Euro 200. Breakfast was excellent. Plenty of common... more

This is a tricky review as I liked the hotel and the staff and the location was excellent. You could literally walk to 3/4 of the attractions in Rome and hit the subway for the rest. The hotel was charming, breakfast was great!!! But the room was awful. We were a family of four and expected a tiny, cramped room... more

I stayed at Hotel Due Torri on the recommendation of a business associate from Milan. The hotel was spot on as he recommended. It's down a tight alley not far from the Pantheon and Piazza Navona. The area is very picturesque and has lots of charm. The hotel is cozy and very typical for an in-town European hotel. My room... more

I just spent 4 lovely days at Due Torri and could not have been more pleased. For the money and location, I can't imagine finding a better value. Yes, my single room was small, but for one person it was absolutely fine. There's a roomy closet, a desk, a small flatscreen TV, and even a little step-out balcony. The room... more

My wife & I spent 3 wonderful nights at this great hotel where the location, staff, breakfast and everything experienced was extremely good. Attentive staff; great recommendations for restaurants and a location which allowed us to walk to most locations visited. Will definately stay here again! more
