We stayed at this smart li'l place in May 2013 for 2 nights. the hotel was in constant communication before my arrival. They arranged an airport pick up and late check in. Mirko at the reception on the first night was very helpful and patient even after i broke a key. Being in the heart of Centro Storico (a few... More

The staff were fantastically friendly and helpful, the Residence is in a great location for visiting all of Rome (~1 mile from the Vatican and the Colloseum in either direction, and a 5 minute walk from Piazza Venezia), and was a one minute stroll from the cheaper eateries of Trastevere which made it an ideal place to stay. The neighbourhood... More

We were recommended this hotel by a couple as an ideal spot when visiting Rome for the weekend and we were not disappointed. On arrival outside, I did think we had made a mistake as the hotel is based within an apartment block, however once you enter this quaint floor of hotel rooms, we were not disappointed. We were lucky... More

I love everything about this place! Very reasonably priced, clean, great staff, and location is great!! It's a few yards away from the lively Campo di fiori with a ton of restaurants. It's walking distance to almost everything... Trastevere, Vatican, Colosseum, Plaza Navona, and a bunch more. The only complaint I would have is the bed. It's pretty firm and... More

If, like us, you want somewhere small and personal to stay when you're travelling we doubt you'll do better than this. Anywhere. Residence Regola isn't a "boutique hotel" in the flash and expensive sense - but two adjoining appartments tucked away in the heart of the city which have been converted with some style to provide six spacious air-conditioned en... A bit hidden away but ideal location to discover Rome by foot. Across the bridge Trastevere - close to Campo Fiero, Panthenon and so forth. We litterally did all by walking. Room was spotless, good beds, clean bath room, minibar excellent TV and nice breakfast. It is on the first floor of a small building and has not lobby or... More

We just returned from our 5 night stay in Rome at Residence Regola. I work in hospitality and cannot say enough about how great our stay was. We were traveling with two other couples and had three of their rooms. All three were of the same quality, very clean, modern furnishings, and a good breakfast in the morning. The hotel... More

The staff at residence regola are what makes staying here so special, it's more like staying with friends, than staying at a hotel. They really couldn't do enough to help us, and offer advice & suggestions. The residence is situated in a small lane about 1 mon walk to Campo de Fiori, and 5 mins walk to Piazza Novana. There... We stayed one night in this stylish B&B. Rooms were new and nicely decorated, staff was extremely accurate, committed and helpful. We were served breakfast even after the official breakfast time. Breakfast buffet by far exceeded what you would expect from an Italian B&B. And: it is so close to many bars and restaurants.
