We booked this hotel for the final night of our stay in Italy because it seemed to be near the airport. Whatever the distance "as the crow flies," do not choose this place for that reason. Between the traffic and the inability of any cab driver to locate this incredibly creepy "hotel," we were dejected and exhausted by the time... more

If we hadn't paid for this hotel in advance we would NEVER have stayed more than the first night (out of 5). Hotel claims to have four stars but there is no bar or restaurant, the breakfast included was the sorriest I have ever seen (lukewarm apricot juice, tiny boxes of Nutella and jam, no butter, muesli but no milk... more

We booked this hotel because it looked good on the advertising and was 8 km from Rome FCO airport. In reality, our journey today was more than 20km. The taxi driver had no idea where the hotel was and had to ask for directions several times. We were charged 45 euros for the taxi ride alone. The location is severely... more

Stayed here last weekend for 2 nights, truly awful. My brother picked us up at Ciampino Airport after darkness had fallen and if it wasn't for him having GPS / Sat Nav I don't know how we would have found this place, it is really in a rundown residential area, the amount of graffitti has to be seen to be... more

We stayed at this hotel one year ago and I am finally able to write about my experience. It was horrible! The pictures on the website showed the hotel in much better condition than it actually was. We booked a reservation for one night to be close to the airport for our early morning flight but it is not very... more

This was the last hotel we were to stay at for our honeymoon, which was advertised as being within the vicinity of the airport. This hotel is NOWHERE near the airport! The taxi driver had no idea where it was located, which should have been our first sign of trouble. This hotel cost 50 euros to get to the hotel!... more

I went through hotels.com for my reservation to the Atahotel Domina Residence. I was confused by the review not being close to central Rome. However, the map on the location site put it about 10-15 minute walk from the train station and about a 15 minute walk to the Colosseum. So I booked it. Getting to Rome found me located... more

Having stayed in self hotels/aparthotels in Spain, Portugal and Italy, this was the best so far from the point of view of value for money and cleanliness. With secure parking, a regular shuttle bus to railway station and a 20 minute train trip to centre of Rome. 15 minutes in the other direction to the beaches. The thing that made... more
