We agree with the comments of other visitors that the hotel staff are friendly, even the night porter, and the maids extremely efficient. There was ample hot water and our bathroom was new and clean. The hotel is good value, however, there is not much close by in the way of shops, restaurants etc, but its only a 5 minute walk to Piazza Bologna and the Metro.
