What a lovely group of people. From the moment we entered the door they were there to assist and help in anyway, from our computer needs to assisting in day to day activities. Managment of this hotel was extremely helpful, before my visit started in their e-mail communication. Upon my request they ordered tickets for the Opera, booked excursions, made taxi reservations. The hotel is situated near the Piazza de la Republica, a metro station entrance. The street is very quiet. A restaurant and Irish pub are next door. more
