This hotel had absolutely everything it claimed. From a perfectly central location visitors can get to all parts of Rome which are equal distances from the hotel. The staff are absolutely focussed on providing a first class service whilst being friendly and totally accomodating. The staff are like perfect policemen always around when you need them but otherwise inconspicuous. A... more

Perfect hotel in downtown Rome, close to everything! If you're there on a Friday be sure to attend the Friday night wine tasting at their restaurant The Glass, the restaurant staff is fantastic. The rooms are a bit small, but very clean and the A/C works great. more

Right where you want to be to see all the highlights of Rome. Walking distance to all except the Vatican, unless, of course, you're young and in great shape for the walk. Our romm was charming, old world and decent size for Europe. The breakfast buffet had a great variety and plenty of it. The rooftop was delightful. The drinks... more

This hotel was clean, hardwood floors throughout, had A/C, free breakfast every morning which was adequate - included eggs, yogurt, ham, toast, pastries, cappucino, juice, etc...., provided in-room safe and was great for its location. It was close to nothing but was within a 5 minute walking distance to just about everything. The 40 express bus that takes you to... more

The curtains were stunning! Lots of marbel on the floors. Smelly lift. Surly but competent staff. Very clean room. No tea and coffee facilities or iron but did have a mini bar (if you wanted to spend 3.50 Euro for a kitkat or 4 Euro for the tiniest bottle of sprite I have ever seen.) The dinning room (breakfast and... more

Great location!!! Walked to all the main attractions, however there are numerous buses just a few minutes walk from the hotel. The room was quite small however very clean and the bathroom was new and clean (although shower very small). Good/fresh continental breakfast. Would definitely stay in this hotel again. more

We stayed here from 5 to 7 September. This was our second visit to Rome and was a much better hotel than we stayed at last time. Because we knew Rome to some degree we knew this was an excellent location, on this fact alone I would highly recommend the hotel to anyone visiting the city who wants to be... more

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights and on arrival , the room was dark, small and lacking that certain something, despite the fact we brought a superior room!!!. The bathroom is very small, no bath and a very small single shower cubicle. The room was cleaned on a daily basis, although we had to ask for toilet roll.... more

Stayed here one night for a business meeting. The good points were that the hotel has a convenient central location and the room was very clean. Our business meeting was in a rooftop room which was pleasantly bright and had a good view, although the noise of the air conditioning systems was intrusive. On the downsides, my room was extremely... more
