A wonderful place to stay, rooms very clean and comfortable, breakfast basic but adequate. Staff extremely helpful and polite and made us feel very welcome. Location allowed an easy walk to most of the major attractions, but Termini only 5 minutes away allowing quick access to most parts of the city if you prefer to ride. From the moment we arrived we were treated like family. The staff also helped us arrange transportation from the airport and to our cruise ship. They also were great with restaurant recommendations close to the hotel. The rooms were very nice both nights we stayed there. more

We stayed at the Real de Luxe for 4 nights at the end of May and the stay was great. Paulina was more than helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we had a pleasant stay. The bathroom was a little small but very clean. There was even a lift to get us up to the 4th floor.... more
