We arrived to the Marco Polo via Termini Station which is literally right down the road from the train station. Exit the train station near via Marsala. The front desk staff was friendly. The hotel room was ok. The sheets and pillow were clean. The tv worked but the remote control did not. The bathroom was ok as well and... more

A couple of cracks in the walls of the rooms, window view was nothing, lift was small but we didnt care about that, just found it amusing. The staff... more

We booked the hotel online, after reading the reviews from trip advisor and other sites. It is listed as a 3 star hotel. The hotel is a DUMP, it is maybe a 1 star. The AC does not work. We were booked in the family room which was all beds with no room to walk, we were told that we... more

The only hotel in Rome that accepted a booking for 2 adults and 3 kids in one room and the room we stayed in was recently refurbished to a comfortable modern standard. Location was great with all historic sites in range of a decent walk or bus and metro. Hotel breakfast was basic continental but fine and with decent coffee... more

Arriving by train at Termini Station in Rome city centre (costs 11 euros from the Airport, so don't take an expensive transfer if you don't want to, the train ride only takes 30mins!!), we found out the hotel was just around the corner!! Excellent location not only for arriving, tired travellers, but also as a starting point for the many... more

I spent a weekend in Marco Polo and I really like it. Is fantastic position to visit the city and the hotel is great, the people working there are keen to customer's satisfaction. I'm sure that next time in Rome I'll spend again my night there and I'll suggest it to all my friends travelling to this great city. more
