This Hotel is so close to the Roma Termini that one can reach it in less than 5 minutes. We arrived by the Leornado express from Rome airport (after a 12 hour flight) and were welcomed by a courteous receptionist. The breakfast was good. Room though a little small was very clean. location is good for short stay. Rooms are typical, but they have a crazy system of using the cable TV and Wifi. Be carefull on getting overcharged on your mobile phone, as the Wifi is not free. Arrived Rome Oct 2010 and went directly to hotel from the Termini. The overall experience wasn't entirely unsatisfactory, however, the area where the Marconi is located is 2 blocks from Rome Termini and is not the most desirable area to be in. The receptionist (man) wasn't at all friendly. Hotel could use some updating.
