I went for a business trip and I had to choose an hotel close to Villa Borghese area. IT was fine! and also close to the main Roman turistic spots. My room was nice, clean but a little strange in fact was painted with Tribal pictures like Aztecs, not properly in line with Rome and Roman Empire... Overall good for... More

My husband and I stayed here for the first couple nights of our honeymoon. We absolutely loved it. The staff were phenomenal and helpful. The location was within 15-20 minutes walking from many major attractions, but with that came the fact that it was quiet at night, unlike many hotels closer to Termini Station. There was an excellent restaurant, Cesarina,... More

Rooms are very nicely equipped and decorated, staff is ok depending on who you get. The location is not close to anything so you will need to taxi around, but you can walk to major locations within 30 minutes. rooms very clean, wifi worked well.

The hotel was booked through a travel agent, with certain reservations from us based on trip advisor reviews. We were welcomed by a friendly English speaking receptionist. We introduced ourselves in Italian which seemed to make a difference in attitude from the gentleman behind the desk. We were a party of four adults in 2 rooms which were small comfortable... More

Hotel was booked through our travel agent, first impressions are very nice, very roman. We were welcomed by an English speaking receptionist. As the room was booked for 2 Adults and an infant in a cot the room was small and difficult to move around once the the cot was set up. The room was very clean making it pleasant... More

We stayed at the HPI based on a booking by our local travel agent. We were on a 25th Anniversary Trip and were told by our agent that this was a romantic gem of a hotel, where she frequently booked such guests. Mistake number one... While the HPI was a perfectly adequate, safe, clean hotel. It was hardly romantic, and... More

This hotel was excellent, it was around half hour walk to most attractions and Hard Rock cafe is about 10 to 15 min walk away. If you enjoy walking this is the hotel to stay at. The people who run the hotel are always friendly and try their best to help you out. Of course there are people out there... More

The hotel is very nice, clean and well situated. The hotel staff is nice and speaks English. There are some bus stations near the hotel (100m) and a walking distance from metro and the Spanish steps. DONT miss the restaurant "Ai Fienaroli" adjacent to the hotel. It was the best restaurant of our trip and we came back to eat... More

We stayed at this hotel recommended by our travel agent and it was disappointing. It was a fair walk to any sites, although there was a good restaurant, San Marco, just down the road. Even though we booked two rooms of equal value, we only got one nice room and one shoe box, obviously a single room with a double... More

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel last week. The staff (particularly Mauro) were friendly and helpful. The bed was extremely comfortable and I slept like a dream every night. I didn't spend much time in the hotel, as I was out visiting the ancient sites all day and crashing out with exhaustion almost as soon as I got back... More
