Nice hotel, close to the subway and only 2 stops away from the Colosseum. Rooms clean but tend to smell very much of cleaning agents, luckily u can open the windows!!! Rooms VERY small but nice and they have cofortable beds. Since the hotel is right next to a farly big street there is a lot of traffic noise but... more

......unless you are willing to risk being sent to a dump hotel down the street. It happened to us 9/29/09.....we had paid for 3 nights....90 days before arriving. When we arrived at 3:30 pm to check in they told me they had NO ROOM for us. After a night in the dump hotel, we stayed at Morgagni for 2 nights... more

My family and I stayed at Hotel Villa Morgagni October 10-12, 2009 and we were so pleased with our selection. The hotel itself is beautiful - our rooms were large, with comfortable beds, nice linens, soft towels and plenty of upscale toiletries. Because it is set off the street a bit, it is VERY quiet! Like a little oasis in... more

A good hotel to use as a base for exploring Rome. The Metro is less than 5 minutes away and will quickly get you many places inside the city. Room was an OK size with a nice clean bathroom. Absolutely zero view out the window, but I wasn't in Rome to look out the hotel window. There are a few... more

We booked this hotel based on the price and the reviews from tripadvisor as well as a number of other travel sites. First, and most importantly, this hotel is a bit outside where many of Rome's attractions are situated. It took us about 30 minutes to walk to the ancient part of the city, which isn't bad but can be... more

We recently returned from another great trip to Italy. We stayed at this hotel and were extremely happy with everything about it. Our room was spacious and very clean, furnishings were fresh and well done, and the bathroom was very large with a jetted tub. The location was a little out of the way from center of the city (we... more

Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. Located in quiet residential area, which is a benefit for anyone who's been walking all day and stumbled on huge crowds everywhere. Such a relief to see a cute entrance alley leading to a hotel. very clean, nice rooms with good AC. Very attentive staff with decent English. Marbled bathroom. Rooms are a... more

We stayed 5 nights at this hotel. The receptionists (especially Francesca) are extremely nice and helpful and speak good English. Our room was spacious with a table, coffeetable, small sofa and good size cupboard for clothes. It was all very clean. The bathroom is more than big enough, with bathtub, toilet and bidet. Airco in the room works fine. The... more

My husband and I just stayed at this hotel about a week ago. The trip from the metro was really easy and check-in was a breeze. Our room was very clean and well-appointed. Nice wooden floor, nice bathroom. Breakfast was included and there were lots of options for what you could eat. more

great location - away from the traffic noise and hordes of central Rome, yet only a short metro ride (station 100m away) to the main attractions. Bus stop right outside as well. Very good bar just over the road, with excellent Tavola Calda, panini, drinks etc at very reasonable prices. This hotel was just as their website said - very... more
