It was the worse hotel in our trip booked through the travel agency. I am not a picky person but... Room did not have phone (had thought an instruction how to make a call). Hair dryers are limited and you have to wait until spare one is returned to the service desk. Shelf in bathroom constanly flipped over and stuff... more

I have read some of the reviews of this modestly priced centrally located hotel, situated off the Via Nazionale, and within easy walking distance of Termini Station, even with wheeled suitcases. Some of the reviewers, (travel newbies, I expect) complain about the room sizes and the amenities. Are the bedrooms small? "Si". Are they clean, and is the bed comfortable?... more

The first impression was okay as the entrance really looks nice but that's it! The check-in was friendly this is the only good thing I can say about the hotel. Our room was so small that it was not possible to open our trolleys except on the bed - the smallest room I ever had in my life! The same... more

This hotel is a dump, plain and simple. Upon opening the door to our hotel room, I practically fell onto the bed because the room was so tiny. The room consisted of a double bed, 2 small bedside tables, and an armoire with a tiny television on top. There was no telephone in the room or alarm clock, so you... more

My Husband and I stayed at this hotel during Thanksgiving weekend. When we got into our room, we noticed it was pretty small...but my husband definitely noticed the really really small shower. If you drop your soap, you will have to get out of the shower to get it. We are not big people--average, but the shower was extremely small.... more

I was very concerned to read the reviews AFTER I had booked the hotel, however I was very pleased with what I found. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff helpful and friendly, breakfast was fresh and the location meant easy walking to all the sights, all this and excellent value for money, I would recommend this hotel to... more

We stayed at this hotel for two nights in early November. We hastily booked through Expedia, and then read the various reviews......... needless to say we were somewhat apprehensive before going! When we got there the staff were really helpful and gave us their recommendations on what to see and which routes to take through the city. The location is... more

We stopped for 3 nights in September 06. 10 minutes walk from Termini Station. Good location & walking distance to attractions. Quiet at night so good nights sleep with windows wide open. Very friendly & helpful reception. Rooms cleaned daily. It depends on what kind of break you are after, we do many short city breaks & we want some... more

First off, I have to say that for a listed 2-star rated accommodation, Hotel Seiler fulfilled most of its promises; a clean air-conditioned room, a fairly reasonable price, AND helpful, courteous staff on most occasions. If we were to ‘listen’ to some of the previous posts, we would certainly have missed an ideally situated bed & breakfast. We stayed for... more

My partner and I stayed 3 nights in this cesspit. We were put into a room in the basement that had no natural light ,you couldnt open the door fully and had to climb over the bed to get in. The bathroom or shower was unserviceable and the only ventilation was through a filthy hopper window that opened onto the... more
