Stayed for three nights. The lobby area is beautiful --we were very impressed upon entering. We were given an extremely tiny room on the first floor. We were able to change rooms after one night , and the next room was very comfortable---renovated, hardwood floors, very clean. For a 4 star hotel I would expect so much more. The bed was uncomfortable and cleaning not sufficient. Breakfast was generally good - especially for Italian standards, but it's too low to put tap water in San Benedetto water bottles - not a very refreshing start of the day.
