We have just returned from a four day break in Rome...After reading so many reviews on the very different accommodation on offer we decided to choose the Fenix Hotel. This is a lovely hotel with medium sized, clean rooms with adequate A/C (did not get below 72 degrees) but not unbearable. The staff was accommodating and the breakfast was the same european breakfast but we were surprised one day with VERY delicious eggs, which our tour group devoured. On two mornings we had to leave before breakfast was served... more
