We stayed here our last night of our honeymoon in room, becasue it was a short walk from the train station. It was small, clean, and satisfactory. Recpetion staff was okay, a little cold. Were pretty sure she hates her job. There is a small lift to take you up stairs. Breakfast was ok, the usual cold continiental. This hotel... more

just got back from a five day break in rome, Ann and i stayed at the Stella Hotel in 51 Castel fidardo which is to the north of Termini station. ( 5 min walk) the hotel was basic b&b but very clean, our room was at the rear of the hotel so we did not hear the bar which is... more

We ended up here, only because we got bumped from another hotel, due to another guest's family medical emergency. The room was clean, and the en-suite bath was nice, but A/C was an extra charge, which our original hotel did not request, so we were forced to open the windows. There was a restaurant/bar on the street right below our... more

The better parts: - the room was clean, clean, clean. - the situation was good, about 10 minutes of slowly walking from the Termini train station. - the window was sound proof. When closing, you hardly heard the noise from the street below. - the bar mentioned somewhere in older reviews, was out of business when we where there, so... more

I stayed here for two nights in march, and I cannot complain! To be honest I paid peanuts to stay here, and the value for money was absolutely spot on, I only paid £32 per night! The reception staff are fine, if you attempt to speak Italian to them, and if you do a smile will follow! Ok the breakfast... more

It's a lovely hotel. Rooms & bathroom are clean & tidy. Agree that breakfast is just so-so. It's about 15mins walk from the central / metro. There is a supermarket nearby, very convenient! Overall speaking, it's worth for money & i'll recommand it to my friends. more

We picked Hotel Stella because it said it was on a quiet steet and near the Termini Station. Big Mistake!!! The street is quiet until 100 university kids show up to the Bar directly below the hotel windows and start singing German beer songs out on the steet., while heavy metal band plays inside. The noise was deafening!. the bass... more

Not a bad hotel we stayed here for 7 nights, big mistake i think that this hotel is better of you are only in Rome for 3-5 days. The breakfast is o.k for the first couple of days but you end up getting tired of the same thing Museli,Croissants, bread rolls and cornflakes. The staff are really helpful and generally nice... more

We booked a city trip to Roma in August and we were looking for an hotel in the centre more convenient for sightseeing but not to expensive. So we found Stella hotel on Internet. The localisation is very easy to find out, next to the Termini Central station. The room is small but clean and even if our room was... more
