Stayed in this hotel with some friends for 3 nights (booked through an internet agency) and found the hotel near Termini train station in an unsafe neighborhood (not safe to walk around at night). My personal advice is: book somewhere else! You don't have to be close to Termini, in order to have good transport connection to Rome sightseeing’s. Just make sure there is a metro station nearby (the metro in Rome is traveling till 21.00h, which was quite astonishing for me!!!)
