Finding a good hotel in a city you are unfamiliar with is not easy but the Raffaello came up trumps. Check in was efficient and friendly, the room was comfortable and clean, the bathroom was marvellous, particularly the jacuzzi shower; breakfast was lovely and plentiful and the staff just made it all perfect!

Very well priced, friendly staff, clean and very impressive quality rooms for what you pay. The location is fantastic, you can walk to all major attractions and access is easy from Termini. Would definitely recommed. Only poor comments would be very small lift and shower.
