“Franco is welcoming, great first impression of Italia!”

We arrived very late due to delays but Franco was very good and hospitable throughout our stay. Nice clean property very close to train stations, a little over priced. More

Alberone offers a great accommodation option away from the expense, hustle and bustle of central Roma but close enough for easy access - the train is only 5 minutes walk away down the street (and only a 5-10 minute train ride). I stayed for only two nights but the accomodations were perfect for my purposes. I wanted to be relatively close and accessable to the major tourist sites but not spend the big bucks because of proximity. This is a great little B&B run by a man and his wife. It's difficult to find, but if you get off at Furio Camillo on metro A, walk down Appia Nuova, and take a left at Alberone square (it's not marked well...look for Alberone Cafe) and walk a few blocks down, you'll find it on the left across from...
