I traveled to Rome for a Wedding this past October and was pleasantly surprised by the very charming room once I arrived (I read a few scary reviews). The decor was very modern, less than 6 month to a year old. Everything was clean and extremely well maintained. I had a single room for about $100. Nice spacious bath with... more

i decided to stay in this hotel for the cheap offers i've found, once i got there and entered the room it smelled of dead animal i asked to change the room but they refused to give me another one then i asked to talk to the manager and after three days of hiding in the back office i manage... more

I have used TripAdvisor on many occassions and have often read critical reviews with a bit of sceptism, surely it cannot have been that bad. Well this hotel is. Let me clarify, it is not so much the hotel but the staff, who for want of a better word are a nightmare, talk about unhelpful. On arrival we were given... more

I stayed in this hotel for 3 nites this july. The hotel itself is quite nice, good air-con, clean room (though not changing bedsheet every day), nice bathroom. But the service here is just terrible. I booked 2 rooms and were given 1 double room for i and my husband and 1 twin room for my mother and sister on... more

I stayed at the Hotel Aureliano because I had to attend a conference nearby, but I see absolutely no reason why anyone who is not constrained by necessity should stay here. Price? Unless you get a super discount rate, you can find something equal or better nearer the center of Rome. Location? It is in the outskirts of Rome, and... more

My fiancee and I were in Rome for 3 days and we absolutely loved this hotel!! There is a Metro stop 10-15 min walk, and there is a bus that takes you closer if you don’t want to walk. The staff was really nice and willing to help. Each room has a balcony, where we liked to sit in the... more

I believe this hotel should treat everyone regardless of race the same equal way. My wife and I made the reservation from the US. When we got to the hotel, we were required to sleep outside the hotel ( in a room reserved for some of the employees who have to spend the night over). When we spoke to the... more

We have booked our stay in Rome via hotels. Hotel Aureliano was very good, nice clean rooms, parking within walking distance - a real value in Rome - a great breakfast in on-premises restaurant. However the real value was the concierge. He not only gave us great tips on what to see and how to get there, but also suggested... more

Having spent 4 nights here recently... Pros: - great value at £47 per double room per night (expedia) - friendly and helpful staff - very clean & modern rooms & bathrooms - reasonable breakfast - superb air conditioning Cons: - 10min brisk walk to nearest metro stop (Cornelia on Line A); this is not a pleasant experience with luggage in... more

We stayed in this place in April for 2 nights before we caught a cruise. We booked for 2 adults and 1 child through wotif. At 85 euro plus 10 for cot per night. When we arrived we were asked if we wanted to check the room as it would be very tight with a cot and we would be... more
